The staff were so friendly, helpful, yet very professional. Kitty cats and dog were an added attraction Best onsen we've stayed in and very much worth the cost. Yufuin, is small and walkable, fun place. Would love to revisit!!!!"

"Everything is done correctly and attention to details are second to none. I would suggest they limit the age of young children as they can be noisy and annoying screaming and running around the resort."

"We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience, especially enjoying the private onsen in our room. The property is a bit dated, but the staff were excellent and very attentive, though communication was sometimes a little difficult due to the language barrier. The dinner provided was excellent, though the portions were a bit small. Pickup and drop-off to the station were also kindly arranged and covered by the property. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay"
