If you're bringing kiddos, make sure they have something to do. The TV system wasn't working for our 18-hour stay. The shampoo pump did not work in the bathroom. Only 3 tissues in the box. No biggie there, but it should have been at least half full. I think we should have at least been offered some type of perk or a small discount on our bill. Other than that, the staff was great and the room was nice.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for a sort of mini-vacation after his physical therapy session in Roanoke. We chose this hotel because the indoor pool looked nice. However, it was very small and extremely loud, which did not make for a very relaxing experience. This might not be a big deal for many, but since it was the main reason for staying at this hotel, it made for a disappointing experience. I also want to note that I was surprised that hotel guests had to PAY FOR PARKING! $10 per night. I will say the hotel and rooms were nice and clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast was delicious with a large variety.
