"We had a great first trip to Memphis and this hotel location was perfect for site seeing. Staff were very friendly and the onsite restaurant was very good. The chef even came out to check in with us which was very kind. I have only one suggestion for management. We attempted to access the lounge upstairs with our child who is young enough where she would never pass for 21 but old enough to know how to act right. We wanted to watch the sunset from the rooftop but we were blocked from going up with her. Of course, we didn’t want to leave her behind in the room so we decided not to go. It would be helpful to travelers if you allowed children over a certain age upstairs during the week before 10pm. We missed out on this experience when we were looking forward to this amenity. We ended up going to The Lookout for the view. Overall, a great stay in the 901. Delicious food. Beautiful people. Fantastic views. Can’t wait for our next trip!"
