"The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My suite was spacious, quiet, and exactly what I needed after spending hours on the road. I was able to relax and get a great night's sleep before continuing my drive.
The only minor downside was the parking. It is located across the street, which was a little inconvenient after a long day of traveling, especially with luggage. However, it wasn't enough to take away from an otherwise excellent experience.
Overall, HU Hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the outstanding customer service, complimentary suite upgrade, and comfortable accommodations, this was easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Memphis, and I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in town."
