"What a delightful staff. The room was wonderful with an amazing view. Would definitely recommend!"

"Our room had been given away before we checked in. When we finally got another room it was smaller than the room we originally booked. The table was broke, the tv didn't work, the toilet leaked, and kept running all day and night. The room was very dirty, we found leftover poptarts in the pull out bed. The staff were all polite accept the lady checking us in. She was on her cell phone texting which made us stand there for about 15 minutes."

She checked us in and ensured we had an extra comforter and water at our request. Her professionalism was exemplary and representative of the Horseshoe brand. "
