“Good location, not too busy, clean, very friendly owners and staff. Sea is 3 minute walk away. A local archaeological museum is only 30 minute walk away on top of the mountain(great views). It was more peaceful/relaxed option than staying in Palermo. If you travel by public transport, it might be inconvenient at times. There is not bus to Palermo and trains can only stop locally every 60-90 minutes. ”

“This was a short, one night stay on a cross-Italy journey. Wonderful hotel and hosts and breakfast is delicious. Spotless and eco-friendly and set in nature, and near city center and Mount Cammarata. The host’s father is so kind - we so appreciated his conversation over breakfast. ”

“We had an amazing experience at Casale Margherita. Very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, scheduled taxi rides for us to surrounding areas for a fee. The gentlemen that drove us to a surrounding city and again to the bus station the next day was so wonderful, brought us for a traditional Sicilian coffee and cannoli nearby. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend. ”
