โI am very disapointed Hotels.com, how do you recoment such hotel as 4 star hotel? Hotel room was very dirty and smelly. That was my worst memory in my life...โ
โLoved the facility. The staff were amazing and location was perfect. Very walkable but my only concern was the safety around the hotel. Since it is in an alley it could feel a little unsafe at nightโ
โVery nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena .
Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut .
Great communication though and excellent overall .

โAwful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed.โ
โExcellent; perfectly fit my needs as a solo traveller, although two people can easily fit. The location is very good in terms of quickly getting around the city. Host was tremendously helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided are not inferior to facilitating a more prolonged stay. I was able to finish some work, as well as roam the city to my hearts content.โ
โFair enough had everything you needed but was a bit tatty and mould growing on a picture behind the glass fortunately, we thought it was a Strom cloud over the boat but on closer inspection... Wow why is this still on the wall... Anyway was okay for just one night โ
โWe were unable to access the property because the itinerary code that Hotels.com gave us wasnโt recognised by the hotel operator.
When we called Hotels.com, no one was able to answer us in real time so we didnโt get access to the property. Ended up sleeping in our car.โ
