The room was clean and nice. There was no staff at the main desk everytime I went there. I saw one staff for my entire stay. No housekeeping services. There were cigarette butts all over the ground at the side door, like someone dumped the cigarette disposal and never cleaned it up. It was there ...

Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
The one "working" elevator was out of service 4 times in the 48 hours I stayed here. I was on the 4th floor and I'm handicapped. I will never stay here again. Also, no microwave is a huge miss.

DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester
Room was clean. I had a meeting that I needed to attend and it would be late getting to the hotel I called ahead and the staff allowed me to check in early. I was able to get My key and check out my room and drop off my bags. Big relief for me. Cookie was delicious too
