“They changed the type of room So I had to stay where I did not reserved ”

“I thought breakfast was ok but pancake machine not operational, nothing in yogurt cabinet, and one day omelets plain and sausage partially fried. Also, the turn lock on my room door was not operational and wallpaper near door peeling off wall.”

“깨끗하고 모든 시설들이 잘 관리되어 있어서 편안했음. 조식도 간단하지만 알차게 잘 준비되어있어서 매우 만족함”

“The shower didn't work, the TV didn't work and the phones didn't work. I asked the hotel staff to call me to discuss the situation and they didn't. I emailed the property and asked them to address the situation and they didn't. They clearly didn't care once I had left.”

“Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet.”

“Thanks!”

“The staff were all so friendly!!! Especially the night staff!! Our room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint and not really a complaint because the place was great is the elevator kept closing on is when we walked in. Other than that I would definitely be back!!”

“I would say that this hotel is normal. But I would prefer to stay at different hotel next time”
