"The hotel is conveniently located off I35 Interstate. The price is average for a Days Inn, Do not expect much more than average as the room had few working outlets in the walls yet (several did work) by the bed. The room was clean but needs paint and other small cosmetic updates"

"My key worked every time!"

"It was a terrible experience and I checked out within an hour of checking in. I killed 2 bugs flying around my room, found mold and spider webs behind the curtains but I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was a fluke thing. Then when I went to shower, I found a tick type bug on the floor and was done. I tried to check out and while the hotel staff was nice, Expedia was ultimately no help in getting me a refund."

"I waited approximately an hour and a half for assistance from the desk clerk, as the office was closed at the time. Due to the delay, I was charged for two nights and ultimately had to extend my stay unnecessarily. Upon entering the room, I discovered bed bugs on the bed, which made the accommodations unusable. As a result, I had to shower and sleep in my car for the night. Additionally, the morning staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I raised these concerns."

"Supervisor at the front desk needs better customer service skills especially if your a Supervisor you need to lead as an example. You want customers to book and come back with bad service and everything breaking."
