"Charged for parking when I already paid in the hundreds for the room. No one told me I needed the card to get out of the garage when I checked out because they were all in the phone but just took my keys and said “you’re good” I then had to pay to get out of the garage. Which you will also charge me from the deposit. The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet had a leak. So your feet/socks got wet when you had to use the toilet. For the price, I would never recommend this hotel. Way nicer and updated hotels that don’t nickel and dime you for the same price. "

"The condition of the room was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The blankets on the beds were paper thin and had multiple cigarette burn holes. The extra blanket we pulled from a shelf had MANY large yellow pee stains. There was a white, crusty substance splattered all over the desk area. The floor of the shower was filthy and was peeling up. The trash can right outside our room was overflowing with trash scattered everywhere. There were several people partying on the staircase by our room late into the night. They were taking shots, littering beer cans and playing loud music. We were scared to leave our room. "

"I was stranded in Orlando for three extra days due to flight cancellations. The staff and accommodations were excellent. The front desk is very friendly and offered suggestions about shopping in the area. The manager was very friendly and helpful. It was home away from home. I was able to get rest and catch a flight on Thursday. The room was spacious and very clean and I liked the kitchen set up. I would definitely stay here again in the future."
