"My only complaints were that if you are on the courtyard side, the basketball court sounds could be noisy, and the TV didn’t have a guide on the screen so hard to know what was on. Otherwise it was truly a great place to stay. Very comfortable. Everything you need. "

"The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights of stairs to get to the room. My grandson (9) even commented that they had a better room at the same hotel than we did. The overhead room light is on some type of motion control and if my husband or I moved wrong in our sleep the light would blind us and wake us up. We tried putting tape over the switch but it didn’t work so every time I got up to go to the bathroom I woke my husband up by blinding lights. I will not be back. "

"Disappointed that checked in with 4 people and reserved a 2 queen bed with a pull-out bed reserved. Had no idea that a third party booking doesn't guarantee the room that you reserved. So ended up with two adults on an uncomfortable pull out. The hotel was sold out and couldn't provide any additional pillows, and one pillow came with the pullout. Had to go to the desk to pick up more towels since they were too busy to bring to the room. Hotel must be very understaffed. It is clean, but I am extremely disappointed in the inability to get the room we reserved. I will likely no longer book through a third party since it's not worth the risk."

"We had a room that the bathroom was dirty, had no soap and the other bottles had already been opened and used. It was your person that worked the night desk who came and picked up papers and wash cloth left. We did see the missing soap until late at night when we went to take a shower. And breakfast was not to my liking. I eat eggs and there were none not even hard boiled. I don’t consider gravy and biscuits a breakfast. Very disappointed in all "
