"Most female staff members attitude was terrible!! Security was terrible.my drive was not allowed inside to pick me up with my luggage. Breakfast was ok I stayed 6 nights and would not be staying there again. Didnt feel welcome at all!!!!!!!!!!"

"I stayed here with my niece, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful beach view. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. A big shout-out to Yvonne from the breakfast team, she made our mornings even more enjoyable! It’s great to see that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is definitely a plus as I’ll be looking forward to returning to upgraded rooms. We especially loved spending time by the pool, particularly in the evenings. The gardens and surrounding greenery are also very well maintained, kudos to the gardening team for keeping everything in such great condition. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meals throughout our stay. The only thing I missed was having snacks available to purchase on-site. However, the new Breakfast Supervisor explained that the gift shop is currently out of service due to renovations, but it will be back once everything is complete, which is good to know. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I can’t wait to visit again!"

Her staff was very helpful too and very respectable over all very good experience and would definitely stay there again thanks so much and really endjoy ur home.
