“I thought this hotel was very taken care of. It was clean, vintage, and a very easy and convenient stay at an affordable rate. This hotel does not have a gym or pool but outside of that the only other thing that caused difficulties were the general population bathrooms not being open. Otherwise, this was a great stay and the workers along with the entire area did an awesome job with our experience. ”
“The front desk staff was wonderful in helping us resolve 3 problems - one was with our reservation; then they called to say we had left a cane in the room. It was one of our hiking canes. They have gone over and above helping us have an enjoyable stay, for which we are very thankful, especially since we were stressed because a family member was in hospital. ”
“This property is great. Loved the back area where you get to spend time on the back patio on the river. It was great to meet new people and learn of their travels. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. Its a bit out of the way but worth it!”
“This is an excellent property, close to Sacred Heart hospital that provide a very comfortable stay. Found a lively little night spot next door and all the Spokane South Hill amenities close by. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Spokane!”
“This is a lovely hotel settled conveniently across from the Cumbres and Toltec railroad station. It’s brand new, but renovated with much of the 1905-1920s features from the old building. Comfortable beds, and lovely updated bathrooms (with soft towels!) Beautiful!
We were lucky to experience their restaurant’s soft opening! Yummy food featuring southwest flavor. The bar is gorgeous and stocked. We took a beautiful walk around the sweet little town of Chama afterward. Highly recommend!”
“Very comfortable room-very clean. Excellent staff. Beautiful scenery in Mora County- in a mountain valley.
Easy day trips to Taos-Angel Fire-Red River.”
“Especially nice with lots of history. It's over a hundred years old, with lots of character and has updated decor in the rooms. The hotel charges $15 for parking at the Hotel, but there are parkings spots right outside the Hotel with no charge. ”
