โLovey Jones at the front desk was exceptional. She is a credit to the hotel. All the staff was very nice, but Lovey went out of her way to assist our travel companions. It was really nice.
I will say there was a small incident as we were leaving. There is a small step outside the hotel exit to where the valet brings your vehicle. The caution tape has worn off, and I missed that step and fell. I would recommend painting that step a bright yellow and perhaps installing a small railing.โ
โThe staff were very friendly and professional. It started with the door /valet attendants who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome to the check in staff. The property is clean and the rooms were perfect. The overall ambience of the bar , restaurants and pool area made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was upscale with high tech controls . All in all this is definitely a spot we will come back to when visiting Nashville . Note itโs far...
โClean, comfortable and excellent staff. Transportation to downtown was simple and convenient. The drivers always friendly and had great suggestions. Front desk staff awesome and helpful. Room definitely a little dated. Carpet showing its age. But overall fabulous stay. โ
โVery close to Vanderbilt, one block away from West End Street. Not ideal if your destination is Broadway or Music Row but perfect if you're there for Vanderbiltโ
โI Love the Loews! They're Pet Friendly and they pay close attention to details. They've made some renovations/upgrades that enhance the beauty of the hotel! This is my hotel of choice when I'm in Nashville!โ
โThis property was everything I expected and more. It was clean, great pillows and bedding, I loved the balcony, my neighbors were nice and I never heard them. Check in was easy and the off street parking was very safe. Thanx again! โ
โThis hotel was very clean. The room was fabulous with a full kitchen sitting area with TV and two queen beds. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and clothing stores. It was even close enough to walk to downtown Nashville. The only negative thing I have to say would be the pillows on the bed were awful. I would definitely stay again and perhaps bring my own pillow or ask if they had another option. I did not ask while I was there as I did not think of it.โ
โFirst, the staff was super friendly! I got a little treat bag once I checked in. The lobby is neat and clean. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was good! The parking lot is big and spacious and they also have a security guard on Watch in the parking lot, I believe just on the weekend but it could be every day. Downtown is very close. We drove downtown and itโs a very easy drive. I highly recommend this hotel! โ

However, it's cold when the heating lowers the temperature and hot when it rises. It was a bit disappointing that the temperature couldn't be maintained. "
