"This is a safe and economic option for enjoying Red River Gorge. We loved having a private balcony and little rockers to enjoy our mornings. My only complaint is that the temperature of the shower shifted during use, occasionally becoming far too hot. I would not feel comfortable allowing a small child to use it alone. "
