"This is our go to hotel in Rye now and as usual we had a lovely stay. What stands out is the staff here. The guy on reception is always so friendly and welcoming and the guy at breakfast was really helpful, I wish I knew their names. Our room was decorated really nice, a very comfortable bed and lots of teas and coffee to choose from. We will be back thank you! "

From start to finish we felt well looked after, and there was honestly nothing we could fault. "Clean room (apart from some marks on the carpet by the bed), staff were very nice and let me enjoy my full meal at the firepit restaurant although I was running late, amenities are great and you can enjoy the pool and gym until midnight!! 10/10."
