"The Reception Staff were very pleasant and check in was fast and easy. The pool area was very welcoming and lots of greenery around the pool. Breakfast was good, eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles and fruit options. The room was nice. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel"

"The man in the reception was mean and had a rude attitude. The landscapers came to work on a SATURDAY morning for 3 long hours and it was unbearable to sit by the pool. They had gas equipment and it was nonstop gas noise and smell. Breakfast was full of carbs and no proteins. "

"The room was clean some spot here and there and musty smell from the carpet but otherwise our bed was comfortable,the AC works that’s important and the staff was very helpful oh another floss was the tv remote and volume needs work and it’s way too dark around the elevator its kind of scary walking around in the area at night so needs some lights and I noticed some people I’m not sure but they look homeless to me walking around the area and two more thing on the 3rd floor it’s smell urine like and smokes please if you guys can fix that it will be a5 star hotel .. and breakfast nobody refills the food for others to eat specially the waffle.. "

"The staff was very friendly but they have several problems at this hotel the toilets kept flooding we would return back to the room and it’s flooded after being gone all day. The elevators kept breaking and one didn’t work at all. We saw someone’s window get snatched so be careful where you park at and don’t leave anything in your car "
