"Upon arrival, this place looked amazing However, it was clear that this place was rundown and needed some repairs The TV did not work. The phone did not work. We did not have enough linen in our room for the three of us. The blankets look old and used the windows were filthy. It is just not taken very good care of and definitely not worth the money. The pool water was murky the tiles around the pool where chipped and cracked my grandson fell, and another lady fell due to the inadequate care of the floor of the room where the pool was in the outdoor outdoors, the patio the tiles were cracked and broken We were just very overly disappointed in the entire experience. We had high hopes for a much better experience, based upon it being a Doubletree and a Hilton and will not return there because of the condition of the hotel."
