If you want a motel this is the place for you . If you want to sleep in filth by all means choose this ran down poor excuse of a hotel. The management sucks as bad as the dirty disgusting rooms

Very convenient downtown location, OK-safe area, walkable to restaurants and bars. Easy and unrestricted street parking spots nearby. OK neighborhood, though on the lower end of the economic spectrum.
When getting off the highway, there is tons of trash on the sides of the highway, and there are pan handlers working all 4 ramps begging for money.
