“Excellent”

“This is a newer Hampton Inn close to Duke University Medical Center. They run a shuttle all day back and forth to Duke ( where it is impossible to find a parking space). The hotel itself is wonderful. Clean and wonderful staff.”

“The staff was especially helpful in my efforts to recover a lost item (hat). Much appreciated!!!”

“I mentioned on Sunday that I wish they had bananas for breakfast & the staff got us some bananas. Thanks,”

“The pillows could be bigger or atleast have some more handy.”

“We loved the overall aesthetics and decor but the suite futon was uncomfortable to sit on and the bottom of the bathroom door wood was peeling back and looked unsightly. The bell hop and bar staff were professional but the front desk staff were not as professional or as friendly as one might expect for a “four-star” hotel. Honestly, the price for an overnight stay during the Halloween weekend was quite steep for what you get. Quite the opposite experience when we stayed at Hotel 21c a few months...

“Nothing around the hotel. Just good for business stay.”

“Clean room”

“Well located for the Hospital and the Duke East Campus”
