"A friend and I stayed four nights in London after a tour. This Riu hotel is conveniently located beside Victoria Station, The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The hotel room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom is large and convenient with space for cosmetic bags and hooks to hang towels. The lobby area is attractive. We did not have much contact with the hotel personnel, because none was necessary, The breakfasts are varied and plentiful. All in all, it was a very nice stay."

"The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable although very small. The food, unfortunately, is very mediocre although priced as if it was excellent. The continental breakfast buffet is the worst I've seen in a hotel of this category. The croissants were fresh and good but there were hardly any choices and everything else was mediocre from the fruit to the rubbery ham and tasteless cheese. We were told every morning that we could add other food for additional cost but the last morning we were told that eggs were included in the continental breakfast price. I don't know which is true since I didn't test that statement."

"This Best Western was a surprising delight providing an excellent location to bus routes, dining and shopping. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and air conditioned. If you are looking for a well priced hotel in a great location, check out this hotel; The reception staff went above and beyond for us; helping up with bus routes, shopping locations and travel plans. I highly recommend!"
