"The staff at the check-in desk were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Cesar for helping me and my daughters navigate the local area and best beaches to visit! He took the time to explain, showed me on Google Maps and even wrote the information down for me (which I used as my guide for the entire stay). Keyana was also helpful and always smiled when she saw me. We arrived early and opted to pay the $40 USD to check-in early. There is a taxi stand outside that is always manned with really nice drivers who can answer any questions about the city. Though Ubers are cheaper, we opted for the taxi since I 'knew' the driver after Day 1. The concierge Felipe was really good and steered us in the direction of some really cool excursions, and even gave us some tips on how to save money by doing some things a la carte. The property is located about 10 mins from the central area and conveniently beside a 24 hour 7-11."

I didn’t not like that the front desk lady did not give me a pass to leave the hotel and the guard at the entrance would let me leave unless I got a pass and I had to go back wait in line to received said pass. I have never in my life been required to have a pass to leave a hotel. That was not a good experience."
