"We didn't eat at the hotel and never saw an opening at the bar, but we came and went a lot and the doormen were very friendly. The room was elegant and very clean. Real down pillows! The location was very central. We walked everywhere for 5 days."

"The staff was very helpful and efficient. We are a family of 6 so two rooms which they could not join together but within close proximity. Traveling road trip style we arrived fairly early and were able to check in and enjoy the city as soon as we arrived. Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable although the elevators were a little tricky to find with no direction at check in. The valet service was useful, one tip call when you are getting ready to check out as it will take time to get your vehicle."

"Room was very nice and clean, however we didn’t have any towels or sheets for the pull out sofa bed, when we arrived Thursday night after a 10 hour drive We had a suite. I went down stairs was giving a fitted sheet for the bed but nothing else, requested towels were told we had to wait for house keeping in the morning they will start around 8 am. Friday morning still no towels when back down to the front desk was told they will let housekeeping know, I explained we were there for a funeral and needed to get ready. My husband had to go to Walmart and purchase towels and wash cloth for us so we could get ready for the funeral. We checked out Saturday morning and still didn’t received any towels. It’s was a very nice hotel but that experience changed my view. "
