"I loved the aesthetic of this hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly at check in. Great aircon, comfortable bed and really quiet. Good supermarket one side, Asian restaurant the other and bars opposite with tables outside. Lovely communal area on ground floor of hotel if you preferred that. Was easy to walk to the cathedral and old town but a bit away from the hectic tourist bustle. Loved it!"

"Great location right next to the cathedral and the city centre, with the train station being a few minutes walk. Its a wonderfully well kept hotel and the single room I had was very comfortable and the Wifi excellent. The staff were very helpful and the reception is manned 24/7. Breakfast is excellent and caters for a range of dietary requirements,"

"One of the best rooms we’ve said at. Room was great, especially the bathroom. The fridge and safe were available and we felt very secure staying there. Also closeout to shops, the cathedral and train station. Highly recommend it."

"I liked how clean and comfortable the hotel and room were. There are about half a dozen great dining options, but the best part has to be the proximity to the airport. You literally step out of the covered area and into Terminal C in 3 to 5 minutes.""

"Lovely hotel, location fine, parking easy. Decent bar area. Only criticism is the self check in desk is a bit inefficient. Had two staff who could have done the check in, in seconds, stood there watching us fumble around. Self check in should exist for when staff aren’t around (late arrivals) or away from the mann check in desk to make more “slots available” during peak times. Having 3 computers and 2 staff telling people how to use the computers and not able to check you in on their own computer is just silly. We also had to queue to check out to get parking validated, which seems like something a computer system you had to use to pay for parking could have done during check in… didn’t ruin the stay but several of our party commented on how woefully inefficient the existing process is."
