We had a great time at whispering pines. The place was great for our small family. We enjoyed sitting out front and letting our kids play in nature. We met the owners and they were very kind. The only problem was the smell inside our cabin. Not entirely sure what it was, but it didn’t make or break our stay. We would stay again.

it was nice cozy cabin. Bed was firm and comfy. Then the pipes froze and we had NO hot water. I called the property management, and their solution was to wait until the weather warmed up. We left and came home.

Property was inexpensive for the area with a great outdoor environment. However, the cabin had very little storage and none for clothes. We were told the kitchen had a full cook stove but it only had a cook top .. no oven. Also, there wasn't a dining table for meals not even on the deck. Space around the king-size bed was so limited that I had to crawl into bed from the foot. Owner should have a better description for this cabin which was called Acorn. Other cabins were bigger.

My SO and I stay for a quick weekend getaway at the Pinecone Cabin. Below is our review: Pros: The jet tub was amazing its works and we both could fit in it. The cabin was clean and smelled nice when we arrived. For a small space it was spacious and open with plenty of room for two people. If you wake up early enough deer walk by the cabins in the morning. They provide a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, dish soap, towels, washcloths, and soap bars. Cons: The water pressure is low so it does take a minute to fill the tub. Shower is not made for two and it’s a bit small. Bed is firm, but the pillows were soft so I used pillows for cushion and my SO enjoyed sleeping on the rock. Pro they provide a lot of pillows! Other things to note: The cabin is in a community of a cabins so you’re in the woods, but will have neighbors nearby. This didn’t bother us just wasn’t what I had excepted. You will need to bring own shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc. All in all, this was a pleasant getaway for us we would recommend this place to friends/family and definitely will be back!

The cabins need a deep cleaning to start with. It seems as they only change sheets and take out trash. The dust could affect anyone’s allergies and asthma. Very cozy but not very clean for what they charge, they should improve their quality.

There was so the stay was nice however I was billed 195 from hotels.com and paid a cc bill for 105 dollars for same night so it’s getting expensive. Great place to stay
