“This was another return visit to this wonderful warm and friendly pub/hotel.
This time i was accompanied with my daughter/we came up up to celebrate my friend's birthday and celebrate my daughters acceptance to University.
As before the rooms we had were clean and comfortable the staff were helpful/friendly and the whole evening was brilliant.

“Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. “Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

“Idea location but limited parking. Very old building in need of outside repairs. No lift and being on the second floor was difficult with luggage. But very clean and tidy, staff very helpful. Could not fault the service. ”

My only complaint was the fact there is no mirror in the main room where the dressing table area is so when getting ready and straightening my hair and doing make up it wasn’t convenient with only a mirror in the bathroom.
