“깨끗합니다. 근데 히터가 온도 조절이 안되요”

“The room we booked was very neat and clean, it was a warm and welcoming environment. If I had to stay again I definitely would, as it was a gorgeous location. I also liked the no-contact features of the venue and how easy it was to get checked in and out. My one critique, which I can't judge too harshly for, was the parking was a little confusing and cramp. Understandably though, it is on a mountain and there's not much that can be done to shape it. Overall a lovely stay!”

“Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were not good. They were very hard. We did not know the property was pet friendly. I heard a barking dog late night and thought it was outside. “Everything was wonderful!”

“Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast”

“Gracias”

“Very upset that the front staff had no authority over the guests. We were on the first floor and for almost 4 hrs had the guests above us (assuming kids) making a ton of noise. We were leaving at 6am and I have a 3 yr old toddler. I called the front desk 5 times and she told me she already called them twice? Okay well they havent stopped or slowed down.”
