Staff was helpful and easy to communicate with, included breakfast was good, room was nice. View was excellent between cloud cover. Laundry service was cheap. Bed was not very soft, but most weren’t in Vietnam.
Beautiful view from the balcony. Room was spacious for our family of 4. The staff was very helpful to send my son’s ear muffs to the bus station as he left it at the hotel during our check out. Only disadvantage was the climb up to the hotel which will be difficult for those with knee problems. Overall, very pleasant 1 night stay.
Conversed with reception staff before our check in. Very helpful and patient team. Helped us with transport from airport and happy to assist always. Room is clean, hot water shower consistent. No lift but no issue. Has a flight of stairs for short cut to the main area (near Cong coffee). Quiet area with a view. Loved it here

While room was spacious and view was lovely, there was a lingering musky smell that was hard to ignore. Water pressure in the shower was really low as we were on the 5th floor. Room wasn’t soundproof so we could hear noisy neighbours yelling at each other.
Receptionist was really helpful though.
Fruits at breakfast were fresh and sweet!

Good for 1 night stay.
Nice for a short stay.
We booked a room with balcony as per images, but our balcony was completely boarded up with bamboo so we had no view.
There is little soundproofing and you can hear next door, people moving above you and loads of noise from outside.
Room was clean and simple. Most disapointing was the breakfast, the food was basic and looked like last nights dinner heated up. Recommend going 3 mins down the road to Thong Dong for breakfast instead.
Cleaner tried to open our door at 10AM and asked if we were leaving as they wanted to clean for next guests even though we had the room until 12pm.
Apart from that, simple easy stay.
Note for the hotel: shelving in the rooms needs dusting

The service is great, got this nice room with the lake the city view. First time here and love it, highly recommended
We Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a delicious cup of lemongrass tea. The breakfast selection was wonderful and the room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in this area. Great staff great everything.

dont stay here
View was great. Room was a bit dated but I didn’t mind that. After 1st night I said I didn’t need room cleaned, when I got back someone had been in and left the window unlocked. Next day I went up the mountain, when I returned the room stunk it may have been from the drains which isn’t necessarily the hotels fault but when I went into the bathroom I noticed that the cleaner or someone had decided to take a dump in the toilet and just left it there! Spoke to reception he came and smelt the room and agreed it smelt but just looked at me didn’t offer to change room or apologise for the toilet incident.
Very nice hotel
But beware
You have a long walk up a narrow alley staircase to get to the hotel when you walking around town
And if you lucky will you have couple of stairs
To higher floor in the hotel itself
With a stunning view over the town from your balcony
By the way the alley staircase have maybe the best restaurant in town: Anise
For me was the breakfast great
Tea coffee and lots of egg and bacon
As I am a LCHF eating person
Some fruit and salad
Of course bread an jam
Fried rice and fried noodles existed also
Only thing, do not take the suggestion from the reception about taking a tour
Shop around first
And if you are in a group
Take a private guide
Location was good, just a short climb of a flight of stairs down to the town area. Near the hotel are a few shops specialising in selling trekking gear. Service staff were excellent and very hospitable. We had a great view of the room as well and the room was clean and very comfortable. They provided free water bottles to us and breakfast was also good.
I like the cleanliness of the room and the services provided by the staff. For that price, the quality of my stay was very good. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

위치는 중심가에서 가깝지만 택시를 이용하거나 계단을 올라야합니다. 호수뷰는 잘 안보였어요. 직원들은 전반적으로 친절했고 조식은 무난했어요. 룸 컨디션은 적당했어요~
Best hotel we stayed at this far in Vietnam. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and we had a lot of hot water.
Heater in the room that helped a lot since it was a cold night and the houses are built for warm weather.
If we come back to Sapa we will stay here again.
Hotel très correct mais accès quasi impossible à cause de travaux tout autour de l'hotel .Accès à la ville par un très long escalier (dur dur !) on se croirait presque à Valparaiso !
The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The balcony was great where you could sit and have a cuppa and enjoy the view (overlooking the town and up to mountains). The king-size bed was super comfortable and the doona nice a thick. The bed was very noisy though with a lot of creaking from the boards. The A/C was efficient (when needed, which wasn't that often), the water pressure and temperature were ok, the wifi a bit hit & miss, sometimes working well, sometimes not at all. During my 5 night stay there was one short power outage. The breakfast was a choice of seven options (see pic of menu) but on my last two mornings I was offered more than one pick which was nice. I would have liked the breakfast to be served later than to 9.30 though. The lady receptionist was friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The male one not so much. He didn't understand when asked about room service. It says on website that there is room service but I don't think there is. Nor did I see anyone eating lunch or dinner at their restaurant so don't know if it is even offered. The main drawback was the poor sound insulation. You could hear the neighbours, especially the creaky beds, and dogs barking at night and loud locals early in the morning. Also you need to climb stairs to get to town, not far but enough to put you off going up & down too many times a day! The road at the moment is impassable for cars. Would stay again though with ear plugs!
