โSixty DC is brimming with potential to be the go-to retreat in DuPoint Circle! It was a privilege to stay at a spotless new hotel. It has a classics-meets-Morocco feel, and was on par to boutique indie properties Iโve stayed at in Europe. Forgot to use my $10 mini bar credit, so make sure to scan the codes they give you to find out about amenities. Restaurant was very savory, almost too much so, so I suggest going tapas style there. But great vibe and service. I would love to visit again! โ
โEverybody that worked there was so friendly. I had some real bad issues with catching a flight and my car being unavailable the day that I checked out. But the gentleman behind the desk that worked that early morning that morning, 7 July was invaluable in his help. โLovely hotel. I liked the amenities. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. It was a convenient location and super quiet too! Super charming!
If I had to say anything negative; some of the staff was kind of dry, and if you have large luggage it can be a bit of a struggle if you are on the second or third floor (due to there being no elevators). BUT itโs understandable that they donโt have an elevator.

โOne of the most relaxing and memorable stays Iโve had in years. Swann House is every bit as charming as I remembered from 20 years ago. The owners are so warm and welcoming, and Christine, the Inn Keeper, is not only a gracious host but also a great cookโbreakfast each morning was a real treat. โEverything was very nice, but I would like to see strict regulations regarding guests' conduct. Rules of conduct need to be printed and posted everywhere. Some people just have no clue and don't respect others' needs. Both nights I was there, I couldn't sleep because people were making so much noise. โ

"I liked the room condition in general! It was cozy and had all the equipment. However, the shower booth didn't have a door, making it easy to wet the floor. In terms of location, it was a bit distant from the metro station, and personally, I felt the blocks between the metro and the hotel was not 100% safe.. "
