Considering the nightly rate, the place is very good for a short stay, especially close to the main attractions of Washington, D.C. Target is a 2-minute walk, which is an option to have some quick breakfast in case you need it. I loved the place with my family and kids. The property owner could take the suggestion of placing a quick lock inside the washroom area.

Parking easy and I believe safe. No food places nearby, except for a Mc Donalds with no pedestrians and a dunkin in a gas station. In terms of shops a Target, with 20 customers inside.. The area around does not feel safe to walk in, nor is there anything to see.

The room overall was fine, but 2 queens beds sheets and pillow sheets have stains and looks dirty. One of the bed sheets had blood stain. The AC was making a lot of noise even we turn in on low level. It has great location and the best price

This is definitely a motel rather than a hotel. Rooms are basic. Bathroom was dated. They seemed clean. Was very loud on the weekend and you can hear the people who are above you. Parking is free, which is nice.
