"There was no ice machine that i found plugged in in the wing that my room was in. When I finally found a vending machine it was ½ sold out. There was 1 towel in my room and no maid service over my 2 night stay. After going to the front desk i was informed which Wi-Fi to select and that there was a box on the 2nd screen that had to be checked to connect. Problem was that you couldn't see the box. Finally found it by running my finger around the seemingly blank parts of the screen until i saw a hand instead of an arrow. The fridge seemed to have 1 setting, freeze. Not good for the insulin pen. If you like an extremely soft bed, you might enjoy it. Otherwise it was a clean room and much more affordable than the Holiday Inn Express up the road by the hospital. "

"We checked in late and out early for surgery at st Luke’s. Perfect for a night close to hospital but we didn’t utilize much except the beds for sleeping a few hours. Can’t comment on amenities but the rooms were nice and clean."

"$425 for a room there is too much, rooms are not that luxurious and hotel is very dated."

"This is going to be a lovely hotel but it is currently being renovated and was not really ready. There was a punch list taped to the dresser in the room. There was no ability to control the temp in the room. There was no hair dryer. The coffee ran out in the morning in the lobby and wasn’t replaced. There was no in-room coffee maker. The room was very clean, and I would stay there if I knew renovations were completed. There is also a great need for lighting on the stairs from the back parking lot to the back doors. There are steep steps and it is a tripping hazard without good lighting."
