"The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain. It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price to encounter that mess upon arrival. This property needs attention in this area."

"Honestly best 3 days of my life once you go inside it smells amazing and the room was really cleaned, the blinds really darken the room I overslept and thought it was still night and nope it was already 11am, the staff was amazing too very accommodating and I will definitely come back."

"Attended a Jeff Foxworthy performance at the venue. Casino was fun and crowd was relaxed but excited. Facilities for hot tubs and pool are great and open extended hours. Restaurant for breakfast/lunch has great selection and food is well prepared and tasty. Deli sandwiches at lobby restaurant are excellent. "
