Great stay

Check in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant. Food was awesome too. Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars.

A very budget-friendly hotel with comfortable rooms, super-friendly and welcoming staff and a nice restaurant. A few minutes away from the Orelle gondola to reach the 3 vallées. Would definitely stay again for a short ski trip.

In fase di check in la hall era vuota, dopo mezz'ora di attesa abbiamo chiamato il numero indicato per le emergenze e in pochi minuti è arrivata la ragazza, l'acqua calda non funzionava bene dovevamo aprirla e farla scorrere per molto tempo fino a quando non arrivava tiepida ma mai calda, i termosifoni spenti menomale che era presente il condizionatore, la pulizia generale della camera e dell'hotel erano nella media a parte qualche dettaglio

Pessima esperienza Arrivati in struttura per effettuare il check-in abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora perché il personale non era presente e si è presentato solo dopo averlo chiamato telefonicamente, inoltre era impreparato sul pagamento che avremmo dovuto effettuare. La camera era priva di frigo bar e fornita di tazze da te e bollitore sporchi; nei bagni non si chiudevano le porte, il phon espelleva aria fredda, mancava lo shampoo e cosa più importante: NON FUNZIONAVA L’ACQUA CALDA sia dal lavandino che dalla doccia. Nei bagni delle camere difatti era presente un foglio con scritto che per far arrivare l’acqua calda si sarebbe dovuta far scorrere per vari minuti, il problema è che nella nostra camera nonostante ciò è sempre rimasta fredda. Il personale, dopo essere stato messo al corrente di questo disagio, ha deciso semplicemente di omaggiarci per solo un giorno la colazione (di 9€ a persona). Una colazione con pochissima scelta, prodotti freddi, cioccolata calda e succo d’arancia imbevibili talmente acquosi e pessime brioches

1ère désillusion en tant que membre gold.

1):Non ponctualité au niveau de l'ouverture de la réception (annoncée et inscrite sur la porte pour 17h). 2)Une climatisation récente mais qui ne fonctionnait pas....d'où une nuit fraîche😅 3) impossibilité de prendre de boissons chaudes au petit déjeuner ( machine en panne!). Celà fait beaucoup😰. Nous ne recommanderons pas cette escale.

Cosy et confortable

Accueil au top, la réceptionniste était charmante et très agréable. Chambre confortable mais un peu trop chaude pour moi. Petit point noir : la télé ne captait aucune chaine (rien de bien méchant). Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Pas terribles.

Hôtel de bas gamme. Le mobilier est rustiques et vêtus. Sol en parquet sans moquette. L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un relooking total. De plus l'hôtel est situé en bordure de la voix ferré et pas de double vitrage. L'isolement phonique des chambres n'est pas terribles, ont entend les discussions et les différents bruit des voisins. En Plus d'un accès internet contrôler par le hôtel en bloquant certains sites internet, le WiFi est coupée après minuit.

Bel Hôtel confortable seul bémol vue de notre chambre sur l arrière de l Hôtel voie ferrée sous notre fenêtre passage des trains même la nuit que l on entend malgré une bonne insonorisation. Pas de Clim donc chambre très chaude côté soleil le soir et pas possibilité d ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du passage des trains.

Great hospitality

Great service from the staff, really friendly and gave useful tips for the nearby region. Room was clean and spacious, great views of the mountains. Next to railway track and loud river but sound isolation was great! Excellent value and would stay again!

Un établissement bien placé sur la route des cols

Nous apprécions de faire étape dans cet hôtel lors de notre passage par la route des cols. Le stationnement devant l'hôtel est pratique, mais il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Les parties communes mériteraient une petite rénovation. Belle chambre grande et confortable mais donnant sur la rue, ce qui n'incite pas à garder les fenêtres ouvertes. Bon petit-déjeuner et restaurant sur place très correct. Les propriétaires devraient changer prochainement, espérons que la nouvelle équipe saura garder le même esprit.
