Small, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Small lifts too, lengthy waits to change floors. Mostly clean but we encountered a few unwelcome hairs in the bath, and the hot water was not very hot! Unappetising breakfast which we declined, but they tried charge us nethertheless. The out of hours login for reception was quite intuitive but older people may struggle if they dont like technology. 1 member of staff was there to help with some peoples after we had already checked in and seemed very helpful. I would recommend this to others”
