“The property is very nice. Sea Brook Villas is actually a section of the New Orleans RV Park. We had a king room. The room was lovely. The balcony off the back of the room was fabulous. The whole property is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the river go by. There are birds, lizards, fish, and crabs to watch. The landscaping is beautiful. We didn't go to the bar/grill, but walked past a group who had some things from there. It smelled amazing. Checking in was...

“This place was great I was staying here with a friend I had not seen in 30 years, we wanted to be together so I picked this apartment it was perfect. It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after.”

“It is clean, the latest facility. The electrical outlet is in the wrong position, so it is inconvenient to use. Do not be fooled by the terrace photos. Most rooms have no terrace, and there are many rooms that do not even have windows.”

“Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked”

“Went for Jazz Fest. Was looking at hotels a bit outside of town but happy we paid the extra to stay here. Right on the edge of the French Quarter, great location. Nice to have full fridge/stove/washer/dryer. Side note: Be careful on Bourbon Street! We had our wallet and cell phone stolen. ”

“Nice place for enjoying New Orleans center. however slight inconvenience with heavy bags due to lack of any escalators or elevators. if arrived late, you should contact with the host because the front door will be closed. overall, there would be no better place nearby with this cost”

“I had a great stay the location was very close to the conference I was attending and it was great to have the amenities provided in the unit. The history of the building showed and it was so enjoyable to stay in the location. ”

“Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane.”
