“On the checking out, a lady at front desk offered a hotel call taxi to FCO airport for around 60euro, where I was going to call uber for 60~70euro, so I asked to call. Eventually, paid 100euro. plz do not call from hotel, use ur own app. the frontdesk staffs shown some racism to the foreigner. wasn't delightful. ”

“스텝은 친절하고 매일 아침 신선한 과일을 내어줍니다. 다만 욕실 중 샤워부스가 많이 좁고 뜨거운 물이 나왔다가 안나왔다가 합니다.”

“Very poor quality for such an expensive rate Total rip off”

“The room was quirky but fine for a night. Nice shower. Decent location. Getting in was a nightmare each time we went out and when we arrived. Another couple were having a similar experience. The lock to the apartment does not work on the app.”

“Easy to access and good amenities nearby. We had the breakfast box and although initially had some regrets about having it, actually quite enjoyed it. Delivered to your door literally. Limited staff interaction but what we had was positive. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely property, staff was extremely helpful and kind. Will definitely staff here again. Location is great aswell. No complaints !”

“It was a horrible experience since our first night. Our room was one of their outdated ones - that wasn’t the issue. The AC made a horrible noise throughout the whole night, it caused headache. The shower was missing a door and it caused water spillage. The main light and fan didn’t work. After two nights we were moved rooms per my request and the AC did not work at all - it was fixed on our fourth night. As it’s convenient to the train station - not worth the room”

“Great location, very clean rooms, with A/c! Staff was very friendly even with us not realizing we had to coordinate check-in. Would definitely stay again!”

“Muito bom local. Não é lotado como o centro, tem boníssimos restaurantes por perto. O quarto estava cheiroso, toalhas limpas, tudo impecável. Parabéns à propriedade!”

“Nice place to stay”
