"Absolutely beautiful hotel. One of America’s Historial hotels. Room was in the small side but that goes with the history. We had dinner in the restaurant which was gorgeous and very reasonable and the breakfast (not included) was fab."

"Fantastic central location & very bring, clean & spacious rooms. Only thing as it’s new the laundry is not yet available but Derby St Wash/Dry & Fold service was fantastic as well. Highly recommend "

"Clean room, breakfast was made to order and don’t miss out on the New England coffee Witch’s Mix blend! With available parking at the hotel we walked to the museums, restaurants and other attractions as Salem is very walkable. Great long weekend destination."

"Nice place today, very clean, helpful staff and close to everything. Park our car and didn’t get into till we left. Good food and a bar!"

"Swing chairs on the patio were fun, but the place was understaffed. The check in hours were not clearly communicated, and we were own with minimal cell signal and no wifi to get the remote check in going. The bathroom ceiling was peeling so much our kids wouldn't take a bath. The fixtures all looked new and modern, but the shower head was not something I'd ever select- possibly the most uncomfortable I've ever felt in a warm shower. The room was spacious, but beds uncomfortable. Coffee in room was terrible, but the tea was great. Full of highs and lows. With a different check in experience, the overall rating would have been a 3, but I wouldn't recommend or go back. The highs weren't worth the lows."
