“ Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade pastries prepared with so much care. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay.”

“This place is beyond beautiful! We stayed for one week and enjoyed it a lot! Varvara and Roberto are the heart of this place and took really great care of us! The breakfast has been by far the best we had in Italy! It’s a really lovely place and we can recommend it absolutely! ”

“Clean and cozy place, self check in with good communication with the host so this is not a problem even though we did not meet the host, the room are over our expectations, no matter you are spend holiday or walking the Via Francigena like us, this is an ideal place to stay.”

“Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.”
