“I still can’t believe the experience I had at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk instructed us to look through the window first before entering the room to ensure no one was already inside. Who does that? He then proceeded to charge for everything, including coffee from the reception, claiming it would be free again next month. However, he failed to charge the complete deposit to the man in front of us. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I’d rather stay somewhere else next time...
