โWe had an amazing time with our family there. When we had any small issues, mr. Brown was very helpful and quick to react! Highly recommended host. The palapa and the ocean view were top notch! The walk to the private beach is short and no bother at all. โ
โFirst thing i loved about the stay here is the breakfast. I did not expect much for the breakfast since it was included, but it was really nice. View was great. Path to my room was just gorgeous. It felt like i was entering the jungle. Only thing i was not happy about the stay was bugs coming inside the room. There is no net on the window to prevent the bugs to come in, so you have to use air conditioner and close the window if u dont want the bugs to come in.โ
โNice and clean , the staff was helpful and the food was good.. didnt like the fact that power goes out before the checknout time this is the second trip that that has happened... power went out in the room at 10:30 and check out is 12 pmโ
โAfter a rough start with our room smelling funny the customer service team were amazing and made it up for us. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay is a great experience.
The resort is great, with excellent location and food cuisines. Our new room was great with private pool access and comfy beds. Would go back again for sure. โ

โThe hotel was very close to the main event spots for the Dream weekend and few steps to the Jungle Club. The restaurant meals were top of the line, super delicious. House keepers did an awesome job cleaning and towel decorations were delightfully arranged with flowers. I am highly recommending this location that sits on the beachfront. โ
