This was in a nice location. The parking was easy and the room had a nice layout. The breakfast was just okay, and the building seemed older (closet door was coming off the track and the window treatments were falling down), but otherwise, the staff was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very helpful, nice beyond comfort in attentiveness. Overall it holds its name as the comfort of all suites. If you need a place to rest, with affordability, the king suite is by far the best, with a spa, and bed that’s hard to compete.

We went there for Memorial Day weekend, so it was very busy. Location was great, just a short drive to the nearest beach that was really nice. Hot tub was a bit smaller than expected, so be ready to get cozy with some strangers. Pool water was perfect temperature and nice size. Breakfast was definitely a hit with the waffles, but with only one waffle maker you definitely had to wait or get lucky with the timing when there wasn’t a line of kids trying to make waffles. I was the lucky one who went close to 10am, which is when breakfast ends. This meant that you may not get to eat some other breakfast items that were there like sausages or eggs. The front desk and housekeeping staff was great and accommodated us with towels when we needed them and complimentary late check-out, which we very much appreciated! We would love to go back!

The pictures are very misleading. This hotel is extremely outdated. The only good thing was the work ethic of the housekeeping staff. The following things occurred during my 4 day stay with 2 rooms: first room was not cleaned when I entered and had to be given a new room, room key stopped working, microwave stopped working, cabinet door fell off, floor started to smell like cigarette smoke, water took 15 minutes to get hot, fan didn’t work in the bathroom, sink drain was missing, iron was broken, breakfast was cold and not very good, balcony had one metal chair, balcony door was extremely hard to open. It really wasn’t a pleasant experience. Again, the house keeping staff were super kind and accommodating though.

Staff was very friendly. Seemed like a family operation with each member working long hours. Property is in very poor condition. Room door was difficult to open, balcony door was ill fitting, shower curtain was near falling down several other items. Overall condition was unexpected at $145/night. Perhaps being in California contributed to the high operating cost

The property is a little older but the staff is very poliet and area is near residential so its quiet even being near the freeway. They offered breakfast which most hotels do not so that was a big plus. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
