El departamento estaba sucio no pudimos dormir ni bañarnos por qué todo estaba con muy mala higiene y con manchas en las cobijas y las toallas. La leña de cortesía ya estaba usada. Además que no hay luz en las instalaciones. Y había una alarma que sonaba fuertísimo y muy agudo que molestaba. El departamento carece de mantenimiento en general. Las escaleras son muy inestables e inseguras.

Es un lugar muy bonito, cuenta con estacionamientos cerca y propio por aparte, está cerca del centro Histórico caminando, y en carro ni se diga, es un lugar limpio y cálido, con muchas amenidades, como café, sartenes, utensilios de cocina, aceite, jabón lava trastes, jabón de baño, dan frazadas, cuenta con terraza, es muy recomendable para pasar distraerse un rato con la pareja.
