“The hotel is beautifully decorated with Mayan textiles and the room we stayed in had a fill size window facing the garden. The stuff were very very friendly and helpful. Although some of them did not speak excellent english and my spanish was terrible, they came up with answers to all our inquiries. Thank you especially to David! We enjoyed staying at the hotel Nd st. cris very much. ”

“Beautiful, colonial style building and the staff were friendly. One issue is that there’s no elevator, but the staff are willing to help take the luggage up the stairs. Two, the hotel faces the plaza, which is scenic, but picks up a lot of nighttime noise. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best place for you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.”

“Great location, friendly staff, and an excellent product for families and friends. Highly recommended!”
