This property works out great for us when we visit Del Mar. It offers easy access to the freeway and is a reasonable distance from Torrey Pines State Park and the Pacific Ocean beach. The generous full breakfast offered as part of the booking is a real plus. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and eager for your stay to be enjoyable. Parking in the underground garage costs extra, but is worthwhile as on-street parking is limited.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay! The staff was just amazing, especially Ketan and Ana who helped us check in and out. Ana greeted us every morning and Ketan helped us with an early check in. We will be staying here every time we visit San Diego! Breakfast was great and the staff made sure to keep everything stocked and tidy. Perfect space for a 4 day trip.

Okay stay in a great area

We have stayed here before and it was better. The food quality was not great. They have conference rooms downstairs and sometimes decide to enforce if you can eat in there and sometimes they don't. They also have let us reserve them for free many times for work and suddenly informed us they would charge $30/hour for a room that had no sign indicating that and no one ever using it. The pull out is very uncomfortable so I wouldn't rely on that for another adult to comfortably sleep on. The bathroom did not ventilate very well. The staff are nice and it's a good enough hotel - we were just there for over a week.
