"Ice machines only worked half the time . I had a 14 day stay . Bathroom door was broken and would not close. Mold in the bathroom tiles . Ice machines nearby only worked 50 percent of time . On day 3, one of two keycards stopped working . Halfway through my stay, both key cards stopped working . Also a few days into the stay, shower stopped working for a few hours because of maintenance nearby , no notice was given anywhere, tried to call at least 5 times from hotel phone about it around 1230-1pm, but receptionist never answered . Asked the receptionist about a few days latet, he just shrugs . Manager only comes in the morning . Also called the operator for check in adjustments , lady doesn’t understand basic check in questions,"

"We had a great stay at this Home2 Suites location in San Francisco. The room was exactly as shown, clean, and had everything we expected. Everything went smoothly, and we had no issues during our stay. Parking was easy and convenient as well. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free experience would definitely stay here again! "

"The sheets were clean. The hotel is very very run down. There is one shuttle that runs once an hour. No pool or exercise room. The breakfast is very basic. The air conditioner in our first room was broken. Worked great in the second room. The tv did not work, though. Nor did the bathroom fan. If the price for this hotel is much better than others and you really just need a bed then go for it. Otherwise, it's kind of a dump and I would go somewhere else."
