The rooms were clean great condition . The area was terrible a lot of homeless the main reason why I booked was because parking lot was convenient. I traveled with my spouse and daughter 2nights . On the last night I had to call the police because there was a homeless outside of the room yelling trying to get in our room. I thank the staff because they were really nice however our stay was very unpleasant.
I felt safe and was appreciative of parking being included. It was a short walk away from multiple fun food and entertainment options. Great place in the tenderloin
Pros: Very clean room, good TV, furniture, closet, free parking (if you're lucky enough to get a first come first served spot).
Cons: Very bad neighborhood, thin walls/could hear very loud neighbors at 3am and sirens all night long, No mini fridge, no ice. Would not stay again
The room was good, but it didn't have a mini fridge. The area is notoriously dirty, lots of homeless, but they didn't pose a threat. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby.
Overall a good place to stay, FREE PARKING is a plus. The area can be a little sketchy but overall OK one of the nights I stay there was a little noisy with some people staying across from me otherwise I felt pretty safe there with my son for my four nice stay

Management was very helpful and available. Location for the city was very good. Neighborhood homeless was an issue. No coffee maker! No daily cleaning. Hair dryer and in room safe broken.
The hotel was clean, the beds comfortable, the staff great, but outside across the street was a lot of drug activity. Still, this is a good hotel and I will stay there again in the future.

While the property looked worn down, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Within the rooms, you could hear the noisy neighborhood residents, but I never felt insecure. The room smelled nice. The decor was a little outdated, but it was clean and everything worked. The bed was very comfortable and were nicely made with fresh white sheets. The vanity and bathroom was clean and well maintained to function as expected. There were ample linens. Storage for luggage was sufficient. Lighting was good. Hotel staff was friendly. Other than the surrounding area, the check-in process was probably the worst part: check-in staff is behind thick plexiglass while guest stands outside with their luggage and feeds their sensitive cards and documents through a window drawer. There is NO lobby.
Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. I was satisfied with my stay.
It was a convenient walk to the Civic Center but my goodness just spend that extra $100 for a nicer place around the corner. Very limited and unsafe parking on site. The sports were also very tight so if you have a bigger car, be weary. There was a puddle of piss on the stairs with random socks and a horrid smell. We literally had to hold our breath going up and down the stairs (no elevator). Housekeeping was knocking on our door 20 minutes before check out??? Unacceptable. The surrounding area is nothing but homeless people and people on drugs. At least 5 in the direct area walking around the parking lot. Surrounding parking was $35 a night. NOW the room itself wasn’t bad. It was clean, no smell, strong AC. Very small but that was expected. No fridge nor microwave. But everything else was just terrible. NEVER AGAIN. Save your money and go for a Best Western or something
Staff friendly, the room nice and very clean and smell good. Shower clean and good water pressure. I'd definitely stay again and would recommend this place to peolpe.
