A little on the run down side of things, noisy people upstairs, but clean and conveniently located. Very disappointed that the dryer on site damaged several items of clothing. Management showed no interest in talking about a little credit or reimbursement to make up for it.

It was a great location and the price was very good!! We went to a Giants game Thursday night and then to Outsides Lands Friday. Again the location was perfect

２つある寝室のうちの１部屋とダイニングに窓がないのが最大の欠点。スタッフはメールでいろいろとリクエストを聞いてくれ、製氷皿のリクエストにもすぐ答えてくれた。いい宿泊施設を目指そうとする姿勢は素晴らしいと思うけど、５つ星をとるには施設をもうちょっとよくしないと厳しいと思う。駐車場の位置も表示がなく、指定されたと思われる先頭の位置には、他の車がいたので、カーブのところにしか止められず、ちょっと心配だった。

初めてのバケーションレンタルで使い方などわからないことだらけでしたが、ホストの方が丁寧に教えてくれて快適に過ごせました。 とても広い部屋でキッチンツールもそろっており、家族4人（3歳と5ヶ月）で使用しましたが、なかなか外食が難しい年頃なので部屋で快適に自炊や洗濯ができたことはホテルとは違いとても良かったです。 大通りから少し離れているので静かで快適でしたが、車移動が出来なければ移動は困難な場所です。私達は有名な観光地ではなく子供が遊べる公園やアウトレット、科学館などに行ったので問題ありませんでした。 残念な点は浴槽がないことでした。乳児、子供もいたので浴槽は欲しかったですがベビーバスを貸してくださり助かりました。 また、サンフランシスコに来た際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

Great stay

The house is beautiful We got a rainny day but we were still able to enjoy the views. They had tea, coffee, toiletries, great bedding, wonderful seating are and cable, wee felt at home. Love how clean and beautiful everything was!
