It is an older property and good value for the money and the location is good for everything catching the public transit and walking is safe and there are many food options available in the neighborhood. I have probably stayed here at least three different times. It is a good value for the money.

It depends which room you get. The hotel has been partially renovated. We stayed there twice.(within a month) The low floor room was dark with old furniture and dusty smell. The window could not be locked and the bathroom had a loud ventilator in an open window. The top floor room we got 2nd time was good (average) The lady at the register was very nice and helpful. Offered us the room before check in time.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept very clean. But the entire hotel had a funky smell to it. I’m used to air conditioning (I like to sleep cold) but all we had was a box fan. When the shower water wasn’t hot I was told to give it time to warm up. It took around 12-15 minutes for the water to get warm enough to shower. When someone else wanted to shower, they had to wait a considerable amount of time, then start the warming process all over again. The room was very small and old fashioned. The towels looked and felt like they came from a Motel 6.

Rooms are ok, cleaning could be better but had a good stay afterall. Be aware they don’t accept any kind of visitors, not even day time and not even for a few minutes. No microwaves, just small fridges but they have pretty decent room for clothes or toiletries storage.
