The staff were very nice and super helpful. They helped me through a stressful situation, going above and beyond. The room was very clean and up to date and functional. They had an elevator that also worked. Great experience all around.

This is my go-to place. Im always treated warmly by their staff, and the rooms are always very clean. And its inexpensive. The only thing I wish is that they maintain their televisions. They are hard to get running. Have to move plugs around, and when I went there last, the sattelite dish was out of service so there was no TV., which was disappointing will be back though. For the location and price, its a really good, clean room.

Rooms are spacious and bathroom too. Microwave and refrigerator were useful.
The website mentioned parking. When we got there it was $30 to park the car. The website should have mentioned the parking charge.
Not the best part of the city and the hotel resembled this. It was ok and passable. The blankets were minimal, there were no extras, and we had to ask for towels.

Very quant old school style hotel. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, very centrally located to everything we attended that weekend.
Helpful staff who worked with check-in issues that we had, despite website and Expedia problems! Wow! They really came through for us. Thank you for being accommodating and working with our booking issues. It could have gone either way, but the gentleman at the front desk acted swiftly and made things right!

Yo rente 2 dias y el personal de limpieza se mete al cuarto sin consentimiento de uno y las cobijas tienen un olor raro
Checking in was an easy process.
My TV was broken 3 out of the 4 days that I stayed. The first day I checked in and informed the staff, they told me someone would be here in 2 hours to help me.
No one came.
Second day I informed them again, they said someone would come in 1 hour.
No one came.
Third day someone finally came at the end of the day and fixed the TV when it should have been working all the time already. No compensation was given at all.
The towels and bedsheets were stained. Housekeeping came and the new towels and sheets they gave me were also stained. The bathroom had pieces broken in it and the mini fridge looked rusted or had some strange brown substance staining the insides.
For the amount of money I paid for this hotel ($500), I was expecting a nicer place. The previous reviews told me that it was a little noisy at night, but still a nice hotel in a good area. That was not true at all. The hotel was very run down and there are homeless everywhere around this hotel, so be careful when booking. I would spend the extra money, do not stay here unless it is your last resort.
Room was clean and also cleaned daily. Hotel does not have any amenities. It's also in a dirty part of town. The hotel looks pretty run down, poor, and uncomfortable from the outside. But the room at least was good.

This place was fine for the price and location. The bed is not comfy. I was traveling by myself and I'm not an overly uppity person. I had a very early flight that was somewhat delayed, so by the time I reached the property at 12:30 I had already been traveling for 7 hours on 2 hours of sleep and was really hoping I'd be able to check in early or at least leave my bags somewhere secure at the property.
The man running check in wasn't exactly sympathetic to my situation and told me there was no chance for early check in before 3pm, nor did the property hold luggage or, possibly most surprisingly, have ANY chairs or benches. I'm disabled and was deep in a flare from all the travel and nearly broke down sobbing in the lobby that I still had to maintain upright and carry all my bags for another (so I thought) 2.5 hours. He said maybe it might be ready by 2, so I hobbled across the street for some lunch and returned by 2:30, thinking maybe that would be enough time. When I returned he was strangely rude about me mentioning my disability and kind of accused me of lying about it when I hadn't booked the accessible room (which is made for wheelchair users, of which, I am not). He had not checked in with housekeeping or made any note that it would be good to have my room ready even by 3pm. I had to wait another hour in pain, leaning against the building outside due to the lack of chairs while he checked in several groups of people and my room wasn't ready until 3:30.
A clean room goes a long way. The area around the hotel is not so clean but I felt safe behind locked doors and parking is free! Room clean and had everything needed for short stay

Parking is by far the biggest perk here. The room was clean and staff was helpful. Pretty good overall.
Property was this past. You cannot sleep at night. It was loud street noise. People fighting on the street. Terrible. I was surprised when I saw earplugs on a nightstand but later that night I figured out why they earplugs. I wish I could get my money back.
Staff did not want to give us 2 room keys. Finally did but only 1 would work at a time. We only had a box of kleenex in our room. No toilet paper. The staff refused to give us more than 1 roll of toilet paper. Towels were of the poorest quality I have ever experienced in a hotel in my life. Parking is available but spaces are limited with a very tight parking lot. Elevator is very questionable. Would not recommend.
