Parking was simple and convenient, which was a big plus. Our room had a balcony that we enjoyed, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucca.”

“* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code.”

“This is a wonderful place! The highlight was the great staff, but everything was excellent. Location is important and Boboli has an ideal spot in Florence. It’s literally a few minutes from the Ponte Vechio and the tourist attractions, yet not nearly as hectic and overcrowded. Plus there are plenty of good restaurants just outside the door. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s not what you would expect from a typical hotel but that’s not what you’re going to...

“I was having a hard time trying to find out where to stay for this trip. The options were endless. My cousin said we HAD to choose this place so we booked it and relied on her and the reviews. Everyone is right. This place is fantastic. The villa itself is a beautiful as the pictures. Our room was massive. My husband drove here from Rome which was far and his back was hurting. When we asked for a recommendation for a massage, they did one better and had two massage therapists come to our room...
